We currently offer shipping to two main regions: the contiguous United States (the 48 adjacent U.S. states) and select international countries. Note that we do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), APO/FPO addresses, or countries not listed on our international shipping page (available via the “Shipping” tab on our website). For international customers, please review the “International Shipping” section below for additional details on customs, duties, and restrictions.

2. Order Processing Timeline

Before your order ships, we first process it to ensure accuracy and prepare your items for delivery. Our standard order processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day). During peak periods—including sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), holiday seasons, or product launches—processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order (e.g., due to an unexpected stock shortage).

You will receive two key emails related to your order:

  • Delivery Timeline: 2–3 business days after dispatch. This option prioritizes your package for faster transit, making it ideal for time-sensitive orders (e.g., gifts for an upcoming event).
  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $12.99, regardless of your order total.
  • Carriers: Expedited Shipping is typically handled by UPS or FedEx for faster delivery and more frequent tracking updates.

3.3 Overnight Shipping

  • Delivery Timeline: 1 business day after dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays). To qualify for Overnight Shipping, orders must be processed and dispatched by 12:00 PM EST (noon) on a business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be dispatched the next business day, with delivery the following day.
  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $19.99, regardless of order total.
  • Carriers: Overnight Shipping is exclusively handled by FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air to ensure on-time delivery.

4. International Shipping

For select international countries (including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most countries in the European Union), we offer international shipping with the following terms:

International delivery timelines vary by destination and are subject to customs processing (which can cause unexpected delays). Typical transit times are:

  • Canada: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom & European Union: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Other international destinations: 12–18 business days after dispatch.

Note: Customs clearance can add 2–5 business days to delivery, depending on the country’s import regulations.

4.2 Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are calculated based on three factors: your order’s total weight, your destination country, and the shipping method selected. To view the exact shipping cost for your order:

We do not offer free international shipping at this time.

Carhautt is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, nor can we refund or reimburse any duties, taxes, or fees paid to customs authorities. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to reship the package (if requested) or will receive a refund for the order total minus the original shipping cost.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions, either domestically or internationally, due to size, weight, or local regulations:

  • Size/Weight Restrictions: Oversized items (e.g., large coats, bulk orders of 10 or more items) may require additional shipping time and may only be eligible for Standard or Expedited Shipping (not Overnight Shipping). We will notify you if your order includes oversized items and adjust the shipping options accordingly.
  • International Restrictions: Some countries prohibit the import of certain textile materials or clothing items (e.g., specific fabrics or designs).
